Before founding Talently, Doménica launched the EdTech startup Andi and the NGO Startschool, which focused on expanding digital education access for public school teachers. She also held roles at high-impact organizations like Procter & Gamble, Belcorp, and the Ministry of Education of Peru.
She has participated in prestigious international programs in innovation and leadership, including Singularity University (Silicon Valley), MASHAV (Israel), Columbia University, and the University of Miami.
